Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service are for Digital Art Commissions. The following information must be read fully and accepted before commission.

Details

Backgrounds
- Each drawing comes with a simple flat colored background.
- Some backgrounds may contain simple features like cherry blossoms, leaves, etc.
- Complex backgrounds may cost extra
- Full Illustrations always come with a more detailed background

Additional Characters
- Additional characters cost 75% extra.

Highly detailed drawings
- I may charge extra depending on the level of details (armor, wings, scales, etc.)
- If you are unsure about the level of details, just ask me and we can figure it out.

Usage

- Commissions are for personal use only. You'll have to credit me appropriately (License: CC BY-NC-ND). You can use your commission as a profile picture or banner on any social media site.
- Images are NOT to be used for generative AI purposes.
- If you want to use my art for promotional usage, please notify me about that.

Payment

- All prices are in USD.
- Payment is done through Paypal only via invoice.
- First half is paid after the sketch. Second half after the finished product.
- You may request major changes. only during the sketching process
- 1-2 Minor changes possible throughout later stages.
- No refunds after the sketching process (Exceptions excluded).
- Might charge extra for complex designs/ poses, etc. (see Details for more).

Workflow

- Try to be specific when describing your idea and character. Prepare references for poses, clothing, and the character itself. I cannot draw something, that you do not provide clear visuals of.
- Im a full time employee. Drawings might take one to two weeks depending on my work load. I will always keep you updated.
- You'll get several updates throughout all the stages (Sketching, Lineart, Flat Coloring, Shading). I like to update my clients frequently.
- Your commission may be streamed on Twitch (Check my Stream-Schedule for more).
- I post all my commissions on Twitter, Bsky and/ or my discord.

DO's and DONT's

I draw:
- Muscle/Muscle Up.
- Growth/Muscle Growth.
- SFW/ Slighty NSFW (Character must be at least 18y old).
- Suggestive Art.
- Small Sequences.
- Furry (YES PLEASE).
- OCs (must provide sufficient refs/ refsheet).
- Fanart.I do not draw:
- Excessive Gore/Violence.
- Female (Have you seen my drawings?).
- Children/ Young Teens.
- Comics.
- Mecha.
- Excessive Porn
- Highly detailed backgrounds.
- Chub.
- Certain Fetishes.

Disclamer: Regardless of what is stated above, I shall reserve all the rights to refuse a commission based on personal beliefs or circumstances. If you are unsure whether a commission fits me, just ask!
